2020 Annual Congress in Cancun

We are pleased to inform you that the 2020 IFA Congress will be be held from 4-8 October 2020 in Cancun. The subjects have been phrased as follows:

• Subject 1: Reconstructing the treaty network
• Subject 2: Exchange of information: issues, use and collaboration (CbC, Master file) and the attorney client privilege principle

The general reporters on Subject 1 will be David Duff (Canada) and Daniel Gutmann (France) and the general reporters on Subject 2 will be Tatiana Falcão (Netherlands/Brazil) and Armando Lara Yaffar (Mexico). Please find attached the outlines on Subjects 1 and 2.
